Taco Soup
Ingredients:
- One medium yellow onion
- One pound lean ground beef
- One packet Taco Seasoning
- One packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- One can Tomato Sauce
- One can Diced Tomatoes
- One can Rotel
- One can Corn
- One can Kidney Beans
- One can Pinto Beans
- One can Black Beans
- One can water
- Cheddar Cheese
- Sour Cream
- In a 6 qt pot, brown ground beef with chopped onion. Drain fat.
- Stir in packets of Taco Seasoning and Ranch Dressing Mix.
- Add cans of Tomato Sauce, Diced Tomatoes, Rotel, Corn, Kidney Beans, Pinto Beans, Black Beans, and fill up an empty can with water and add that too.
- Bring to a boil. When mixture boils, simmer on stove for an hour, stirring occasionally.
- If you're making this meal for later in the day, or you want it to thicken some more, you can put it in a crock pot on low until you're ready to eat.
- Serve with shredded Cheddar Cheese and Sour Cream.
